I visited Saputara two times one in monsoon with familiy,we enjoyed well, location is very beautiful & natural in monsoon & even memorable Next I visit Saputara Hill in Summer with family but in summer there no trafic at all and you fill some lonliness,No doubt weather is good in evening & night but surround location are not worth to visit specially in summer, In summer only you can stay at reosrt/hotels and get relaxed thats all. You will not get good food in summer except some good resorts you book and no cultural activities in summer most of the activities we found closed due to maintenance work

we visited Saputara on 8th July 2023 and we have booking for Ambica Velly Resort for 1 night stay for 5 Rooms. We have booked the rooms and paid the booking amt on 5th July, Just before the one day of check in we have been informed that your rooms have been changed from Delux to Cottages. As we have no other option we agreed for the same. We reached at hotel on 8th July on 10 AM but due to check in time is 12.00 we waited for long two hours. They, Allowed us for check in on 12.15 PM but provided 3 roomes instead of 5 roomes as there is clearaning process under work in progress. Remaining two roomes alotted on 12.45 PM. They have asked the remaining payment in advance before we check-in. so We made the payment before our laguage transfer to the rooms. within 10-15 min. we realsied that we trapped in the wrong place. There is pathetics roomes service where no electricity and water supply available in few roomes. Thare is No room service, No phone available in rooms (Every times you need to walk into reception counter for everything.) No water supply, Poor plumbing and broken sanatory ware. Shower and Jet sprey not working, Leakaged Sink/Wash basin. We found Lizard and Chamaeleon in some rooms. No bucket/ towel and doormats in the bathroom. We realised that this place is not for us/ family. We complain to the reception counter but no reposnse from any members or hotel staff, They even not giving option for other rooms too. Finally, After heavy discussion and arguments they are agreed for the refund on 3 PM, Finally We left the hotel as well as saputara on a same day after a long journey of 8 hours. This was the bad experience we had ever face in life. The hotel is still under construction. Ambica Valley Resort Saputara Hotel Address: Swami Ashram, P P, Malegaon, Saputara, Gujarat 394720

Saputara is a quaint little hill station at the border of Maharashtra and Gujarat and close to Nashik. We took the highway from Mumbai to Vapi and then turned at Chikhli towards Saputara which was a good drive altogether. Do not expect any good restaurants on this route and only one or two places have good washrooms, so if you find one, use it! The Canada forest is a nice drive almost reaching Saputara and at the end of it there are a few sharp, highly sloped roads which make one climb up to Saputara in 10 mins! Once there, the weather is magical. You will be often within clouds. We saw a few good new hotels - Sunotel looked good but we cudnt try it. Try to explore all the different points, many of which required some gentle climbing. The place gets too crowded on weekends and hence is best avoided.
