Overall attitude of the staff was very positive. They were always eager to help, and at times went out of their way to make our stay a more pleasant one. There was one person in particular - NITIN SHARMA - at reception/front desk, who was exceptional. I had situations with my overseas colleagues from Japan, which he accommodated in a seamless manner. Hope the management recognizes such exceptional talents.
