ROOM SERVICE WAS HOPELESS. I REQUESTED FOR DINNER AT NIGHT , FISRT HE TOLD IT WILL TAKE 20-25 MINUTES BUT WITH IN FEW MINUTES HE TELEPHONED ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 40 T0 45 MINUTES . I AGREED BUT TO MY SURPRISE FOOD WAS SERVED WITHOUT CUTLARY , PAPER NAPKIN. I TOLD THE SERVING STAFF , HOW I WILL EA THE FOOD , WITH HANDS LIKE BIHARI OR SOUTH INDIAN DO,S. SHE WENT AND NEVER RETURNED . AFTER 20 TO 25 MINUTES I CALLED THE RECEPTION . EVEN AFTER CALLING THE RECEPTION , SHE CAME AFTER 40 MINUTES. FOOD BY THAT TIME WENT COLD AND I AHD TO RETURN IT WITH HEVY MIND. LATER IN MORNING I REQUESTED FOR COFFEE CESSE AROUND 8 AM BUT EVEN AFTER CHECKING OUT IT WAS NOT SERVED, SO HOW CAN A CUSTOMER BE SATISFIED WHEN SUCH SMALL NEEDS ARE NOT MET.
