    Manger, said no catering. When asked my office staff to get it refused to deliver the food. I m a diabetics senior citizen on business in Bangalore! Arrogant attitude, and gunda type response. I located immediately and checked in at another hotel in Bangalore before my flight to Delhi. Pls do not refer such gangsters runing unprofessional hotel industry demanding more money than you advised. Lack of communication skills with poor and nil customer care.

    I didn't stay in this hotel for very long as I checked into the hotel in late afternoon, and checked out at 4am. The room was clean, spacious and presentable - representing good value for money for the price I paid. I wasn't able to eat in the restaurant so can't comment on food quality. The location was ideal for a cheap option to stay near the airport, with this being a 15-20 minute taxi ride away.

    1) the internet signal is extremely weak as there is only one router on the floor serving all the rooms 2) TV in the room did not work 3) Most rooms have no windows 4) staff is untrained, 5) Location of hotel is good and also the roof top restaurant are positives
