AustraliaWe overnighted at Hotel Flatey on our way across to Snaefellsnes Peninsula from the north. The staff at the hotel were absolutely delightful and couldn't have been friendlier. The hotel has two buildings with rooms, all have shared bathroom. The rooms are very clean, however quite small. The old timber building is beautifully renovated, the restaurant serves delicious food. It is certainly a unique experience to do this stop during the summertime.

Austriawhen we arrived, first we were greeted by a bunch of sheeps :D such a nice location pretty much in the middle of nowhere with a marvalous oceanview! loved it!
