Blown away by this beautiful hotel. Our room was superb (glacier view), the view was incredible from both bedroom + restaurant, the spa and sauna were spectacular, dinner was delicious, and the aurora also turned on a show for us (love the aurora wake up call option provided too :). One of our favourite accommodation experiences during our week in Iceland. The design and colour scheme is very beautiful, the bathroom was large, great shower and super comfy beds. Honestly we didn't want to leave we loved it so much. We drove quite out of our way just to stay here and are so glad we did!

The place seems a little lost and left to itself at first glance. Despite this, the state of the premises whether the room, the kitchen or the bathroom was impeccable. We cannot remove from this Guesthouse the fact that it is ideally located in relation to any light source at night because it gave us our first opportunity to see the northern lights along the road below.
