The hostel is easily located. The cleanliness is top notch.
The hostel is easily located. The cleanliness is top notch. Super easy to check-in. Parking is right in front of the main door. Pantry is fully equipped. There was a lot of noise.

We stayed in Kirkjubaerjarklaustur and made day trips to the glacier and to black beach. If you have a car, it is a great place. The scenery is beautiful and it is a good location to explore the south eastern part of the island. It is a bit of a drive for groceries and I suggest you buy them in Reykjavik or at a larger town on the way to the south.Guest review byTPRUnited States

It was an "Iceland as it used to be"-feeling. Since we had an appointment at Jökullsarlon in the morning we had to leave very early so we couldn´t consume breakfeast.
