Don’t make the same mistake as I did!
I usually never write bad reviews, but here it really is necessary. I booked this place about a month ago for the same day and we arrived around sunset time. Sadly we didn’t receive the entrance code, there was nobody at the property and the phone number didn’t work.
We tried reaching them but had to leave as it was starting to get dark and we didn’t want to risk getting into a dangerous situation. Spontaneously we then had to book a much more expensive accommodation for the night. Now, more than a month later I still didn’t get a reply from them or my money back, as the customer service of booking also needs a response from them to be able to refund me.
So as lovely as the place seemed, I can definitely not recommend it and hope that you won’t have the same situation as I do.
