Hótel Torfnes is located in Ísafjörður, a 18-minute walk from Pollurinn Hot Spring. Each room at the 2-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to a shared lounge.

The location was pretty good, but not quite in the center of town so required driving or walk to restaurants and activities. The breakfast was good with several options. They also have a bookcase with a number of books in Icelandic and English (and perhaps other languages).

In central Isafjördur, on Silfurtorg Square, this hotel offers a restaurant and bar and panoramic views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy free in-room Wi-Fi and free parking.

Perfect location for wandering around (but the entire town is easily walkable). The included breakfast is great! Way more options than expected. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It's a small fishing village on the edge of the fjord.

It's a small fishing village on the edge of the fjord. Travelling through the tunnel to get there was an experience. The town is beautiful and the rich and vibrant fishing industry is interesting.
