I loved everything about this home. The location was perfect - It’s right on the way to all the best things along the south coast - only 12 mins from Selfoss, it was so quiet at night, super great place to see the stars or northern lights (from the very cozy hot tub on the patio), the greenhouse garden is to die for and the owners were AMAZING and SO lovely to chat to.
I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

We're very happy with our stay. Would recommend the cabin to everyone looking to stay in a quiet and peaceful place in the countryside with gorgeous views. Host is amazing - kind, responsive and welcoming.
Keep in mind that the place is on a farm, out of town, so you can't expect city life there. Also, the room with the twin beds is accessible by a wooden ladder. It's solid and stable, easily supports adults, but not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Cabin was adorable, clean, plenty of space for 3 people, kitchen was fully equipped, and the location was gorgeous. Out of the 8 places we stayed around Iceland, this was our favorite!! The scenery was magical with a gorgeous sunset we couldn't stop taking photos of, and the horses that were right there next to the cabin, and the quiet location where we could hear all the birds. The beds were extremely comfy, and the bathroom was fully stocked. Would stay here again for longer next time!! In addition, the host was very nice with a lovely greeting note and very detailed directions to find the cabin - very helpful!
