I love this hotel.
Family owned. Brothers from southern Italy. Nicest people. Friendly, kind helpful and warm.
This hotel has everything you need.
Location.
Great private beach. Good sand. Can walk out for a long distance before water gets deeper.Great beach for children and everyone!
Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant on beach for lunch. Upstairs restaurant with sea view for breakfast and dinner.
Good food, good service.
Bar upstairs and on beach walkway.
Their own Gelateria on beach walkway.
I had an ocean view room with balcony.
Beautiful to see the sea, hear the waves and feel the sea breeze. I kept my French doors open day and night.
Room and bathroom were not too fancy but they were comfortable.

Lovely town with many shops, restaurants and plenty to do.
Lovely town with many shops, restaurants and plenty to do. The beach and the sea looked very inviting even in winter! Easy to walk around and we found it very easy to visit nearby towns using trains which are reasonably priced and comfortable. Not easy to park near the centre, but there are several car parks for a reasonable hourly rate.

Lovely relaxing place to stay with huge sandy beach and crystal clear water. Long promenade along the seafront perfect for walking along (including walking to the nearby town of Laigueglia). Lovely narrow streets in the old town of Alassio filled with restaurants, cafes and shops. You can also do some nice hikes from the seafront up to the mountains and to the beautiful village of Moglio.

Nice city, a lot of restaurants and shops, train station, buses, hospital, parks - anything one might need.
95% of beaches are private. You have to pay 35-70€ per 2 bed and umbrella per day. Sand beach, ideal for kids, as the sea is flat first 15m.
Parking is a challenge! So it is better to book a hotel with the parking.

Nice beaches, however be sure to investigate available spots on your favourite beach before arrival. We went to the public beach in the neighbour town which was really nice. The public beaches of Alassio are not as nice and very crowded. Nice atmosphere and many testaurants by the sea.

I would return again. Very friendly and beautiful.
I would return again. Very friendly and beautiful. The new ripple are kind n helpful. The beaches were all over the town and eateries on the water front as well as in the town. Transport around Alassio was free and convenient. I would check if the hotel was on a hill or in the flat ground when I return and I will.

Loved every minute and wished I had stayed longer.
Loved every minute and wished I had stayed longer. A lovely town with lots of charm, shops, parks, playgrounds etc. we got the train/bus to nearby towns and explored the area. There were several supermarkets nearby and a local market on Saturday. Restaurants were along the Lungomare and up as far as the pier. The neighbourhood was family oriented and safe. The Lido pizzeria and restaurant was very good value and lovely food.

Is the most clean and beautifull place i have seen in italy rooms are huge they also have appartments for big familly i had a big nice room with huge blacony and kichen huge big bed and verry comfortable the owners Giulia and Maximillian are so lovely and nice people they do all they can to offer the best service. Highly Reccomend Residence Corallo also verry close to the beach and city center alot of restaurants arround and the beach is like at 1 minute walk from your room i really really reccomend best place in Italy!!
The hotel is right across the street from the beach and our room had partial sea-view. Unfortunately we couldn't sunbathe there as we couldn't find sun-loungers on any of the mornings we spent here. The lady at the reception was nice and explained that 200m further to the right there was a beach where you could go just with beach-towels, which we did.
Breakfast was sufficient, the room was big and comfortable enough for two people, the bathroom clean and the shower with good pressure.
Absolutely the friendly people that run the hotel and their staff . The huge breakfast and the location . It is very close to the beach, train station and all the town facilities, you don’t need a car . All the property was very tidy and clean
The breakfast was excellent and the hotel basin a relatively quiet location close to the beaches. The concierge was extremely helpful, even upgrading us to a better room!
