The location was great. The rooms were good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had their own parking, which is always handy.

I have to say everything was great and is no comparison to American hotels. The rooms were nice and clean with linen bath towels. I had a room that opened onto a huge patio overlooking the sea and the town. It was a gorgeous view. The thing that made my stay the best hotel experience of all time, were the staff. They were second to none. The concierge service was exceptional. They even assisted helping me with obtaining a gift (a very large bottle of wine from the area). The meals were top notch gourmet meals. No need to worry about finding a nice restaurant. It was in the hotel. The pasta dishes were my favourite. The servers took so much pride in their work and were so friendly and welcoming. The location to the Sanctuary was less than a five minute walk. Great location. Thank you

I paid double money 💰 full amount. I already paid the day when I booked booked this facility because the booking app did not allow me to confirm my booking without payment. 🤥 Still, I had to pay here again the full amount. It is cheating. Booking.com is supposed to pay me back the amount. Or is the hotel supposed to pay back the amount. All other places they didn't get extra money from me But this hotel cheated me by saying that you paid for booking. Com not for us. I am not sure how everyone booking in this app specially for this hotel. I am so upset 😡 with this incident. They said they did not get any messages that I paid here earlier, 😒 Even they asked me to call customer care to confirm it But the person in booking. Com also rudely asked me to pay there again. I am really confused how this business is happening 😕
