Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Magnificent garden & pool. Excellent facilities in the room & we had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden & pool. Great secure property & easy parking for our car. Not far off the motorway & a great location for an overnight stopover on our way back to Rome.
