By far the worst experience we’ve had in an Accor hotel. It was hot in Milan and the hotel didn’t allow the rooms to turn on the air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open (which we had to ask to unlock and sign an agreement) for some air. It turned out the streets were incredibly noisy and we couldn’t sleep properly. Staff during breakfast was rude as well, stopping everyone before even walking in to ask if they paid for the food. In a nutshell, uncomfortable and not welcoming- which are pretty big deals for a hotel.
