I was a last-minute reservation due to the train strike and received instant confirmation. I was warmly welcomed. It was a lovely room and very clean. The property is delightful and the breakfast very good. I was given a recommendation for a local restaurant and it was delicious. The property is located close to the local station and an easy walk.

Breakfast "not very german" (no cheese and sausage) but three different great cakes, local honey, juice, an egg-- I'm sure that, if mentioned, our hosts, would have reacted. Nice garden and two very friendly dogs
Town of Chiusi consist of two parts. Stick to the historical side on the hill for best town experience, good restaurants and Tuscan feeling. Use the newer part of the town only for your grocery, petrol and laundry needs.

The B&B is wonderful maintained by Paolo. The garden, the pool, all perfect. Breakfast very well taken care of, we felt spoiled. Carolina had auch good suggestion for things to do in the neighboorhood and restauranta. we rented the 2 bedroom appartment and had a great view ob Montepulciano. Italy as it should be! Carolina’s cakes and biscotti were just perfect!
Owner lady is very understanding and very helpful. The location of the facility is very good. It is very easy to reach the Tuscany villages nearby. Extremely recomended
We had an Italian breakfast with excellent coffee, warm croissants were already waiting for us on the table. The accommodation is in a great location near the highway.
