We had a lovely stay here with large rooms and bathroom (the photos really didn't give it justice), breakfast was amazing - personally waited on with tea/coffee/crossaints/cakes etc, and the pool was large and warm. There was also a great walk(bike trail) close by, along the river into Citta de Castilla where there are many restaurants and services. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am a St. Francis Cammino walker, and staying here was a great spot to relax and enjoy some quiet time after the simpler pilgrimage lodgings I have been in. It was very comfortable, very clean, good wifi, good staff, just a few blocks to the Cathedral, and within the old city. The breakfast had hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries, freshly made coffee, meats, and it seems like a whole lot more....a very nice breakfast offering with lovely people hosting it. I also left my backpack in the morning to go see the Duomo museum and walk around, they were just so nice here. I'd stay again without hesitation.

Great location, lovely property with well-kept and beautiful gardens. The property was charming and the room very clean with sanitary seals in the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, and the front desk agents couldn't have been more polite and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful location with historic buildings. Room was comfortable once the heat had time to work. Lovely on site restaurant. Nadia was a charming host and her son spoke English which was a help.

Just a beautiful place. Surrounded by nature and peace. Lovely and rustic, just what we were looking for. Ate dinner each night here, food from the land, beautifully prepared. Everything we ate was delightful. The staff was professional. We really enjoyed our visit here. Breakfast was also good. There is also beautiful lake on this magnificent property, which stretches for miles. But most enjoyable of all is the owner Manuela. She is beating heart of the entire venture. During our journey this visit, no other accommodation compared to this one. Highly recommend for those who appreciate the lure of pure nature, good food and warm people.

There are lots of great bars and restaurants in this small walled town, and not too many tourists! Beautiful surrounding countryside, with easy access to wonderful places like Arezzo, Assisi and Montone. Amazing weather helped despite contradictory reports of the effect this has had on local autumnal specialities such as truffles, wild mushrooms and chestnuts. There is lots of free parking outside the walls, so providing people are reasonably mobile, access is good.

My original review was cut-off it was saying … 3 of their 4 chikren whom I had the privilege to meet and are all as hospitable as their parents; when they’re 2 dogs!!😂 They went over and above in every category to welcome me and make sure I had anything I might need and was comfortable. They are all hardworking and it shows through the beauty of the entire homestead that Johnny built himself and Tiziana runs beautifully! I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone and would not hesitate to return. 👍👍

The streets of the city center are completely pedestrian, the buildings well kept and very old. The squares are spacious and full of people. The bars and restaurants offer kindness and excellent food at affordable prices. The most prestigious buildings such as the art gallery are tidy and in perfect condition. A dream!

The town name and architecture might be OK, but the amenities for getting a drink, something to eat or relax was none existent , apart from the less then inviting cafe's in the main square. A real disappointment compared to the other villages we visited in the region.

Lovely bathroom and great soap in fact one of the nicest soaps i have ever used in a hotel. Comfy bed very clean, lots of parking and 20 mins walk to town which we don’t mind but others might find it a bit far. Bonus of birdsong in the morning and quiet location . Breakfast was lovely salami and cheese or cakes and croissants. Salami with fennel particularly nice.
The property was so clean! It had everything I needed and more. There was even water ready when I arrived in the evening. The owner had great communication and genuinely cared about my comfort. Wonderful central location. Also Città di Castello is beautiful with very friendly people.
Even though we came very late the check in was done by messaging on booking. It was no problem at all. Comfortable and clean room. Enough to stop by for a night on the way to further places. Reccomend.
Rosoter begin shouting when sunrise appears. That is a climate.
