Very beautiful ambiente in and around an old farmhouse with a lot of Italien atmosphere; single room upstairs beside the rooms of the family but with private bath, parking in front of the garden near the entrance and English native speaking host, late check- in was possible only a few hours after having made the reservation. For one person the price is not a bargain and you sleep close to the inhabitants but for me it seemed absolutely OK because of the ambiente and the nice family.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the room, which was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Also, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.
Hotel Cavour looks out over the river which crosses through Rieti’s old town and is located just 200 metres from the centre, close to tourist attractions, restaurants and cafés.

I wasn't expecting much for 1 night, but my single room for 1 was all I needed. The receptionist was very accomodatingl and helped me out with a charger problem. The room was clean, the bed adequate for the night. A good spot from which to visit local Franciscan sanctuaries. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket (good for a budget traveller) within easy walking distance. The breakfast included with the room had a reasonable selection of fruit and pastries and coffee made to order.
Villa Potenziani is set at the top of San Mauro Hill, overlooking the historic centre of Rieti. Once a noble residence, it features a swimming pool and large, private gardens.

Fantastic 18th century castle turned hotel. Last refurbishment probably some years back, but everything still in good shape. Great service, friendly staff.
Particularly enjoyed the dinner in the stunning hotel dining room!

I stayed here while visiting family in Rieti. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff are all nice but Marco is the best. Always cheerful and makes time to chat with you. I sent a message with an enquiry and he replied almost immediately. Will certainly be returning.
