The house was very clean & comfortable. My husband and I travelled there by car with our cat & our dog! We stayed for Christmas week & it was the perfect self catering holiday cottage, we hiked in new locations each day & relaxed with home cooking every evening. The host, Simona was very kind & she even delivered wood & showed us how to operate the heating!

Everything. The room was clean, new and well located, just a twenty minute walk from the falls. The owners are always available, we accepted their suggestions for clubs and places to visit. If I were to return to Terni, I will certainly choose this property again

Beautiful place, we were a bit later than planned but the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and making sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful quite hour or so before heading off - great location for the Via Francesco pilgrimage but I would love to go back and stay for a few days. Wonderful breakfast and the staff were so helpful and warm

Absolutely charming place in a set of medieval stone houses that were carefully restored by a Flemish architect, whose wife runs the hotel.
Great breakfast, some nice restaurants in town ... Do stop there if you are in the area!.
We took a 2 day break on the Via Francesco from Rome to Assisi there and it was a great choice!

The location of this hotel is superb with a fantastic view of the montefranco valley. Our rooms were fantastic and super comfortable. Breakfast was nice. It boosted a large swimming pool with open views. Definitely recommend.
