An amazing place it was like staying in an old castle with the thick stone walls.The room and bathroom were very large.Views from our bedroom were stunning looking out to sea.It was quiet surprisingly (often you hear other guests in old places ) and very peaceful.Bed was very comfortable and plenty of hot water in good shower.Breakfast catered also for us non sweet eaters with fruit, great juices, eggs,yoghurt and brown bread.You were able to come up to kitchen during day to make tea and coffee.Great selection of books, mostly Italian though.Parking was not too far and wasn't busy.

The Castello Apartment is situated in te best possible location in The charming town of Fiumfreddo Bruzio. It’s a few meters away for the castle and the morning view from the window is breathtaking. The hosts are very welcoming and m, in my case, which was a great advantage, Carmino is a biker. As I needed some urgent fixes on my motorcycle, he referred me to a super professional, local shop, where I found all the help needed. The apartment itself is beautifully finished, everything is brand new and you can enjoy a Netflix movie while seeing the castle through the balcony next to you. There is car park, just below your window, so no need to stress about your bike or car, and the place is super safe and secure. Everything is top clean and fresh. Restaurants, and there’s plenty to choose from, are all within a 60 second walk. I highly recommend to anyone visiting this wonderful town.

We stayed at Borgo Rosso di Sera on a Saturday evening during a romantic getaway while driving from Sicily to Puglia — and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views that made it hard to leave the terrace.
Our room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent — we had dinner there and were really impressed. And the breakfast? Exceptional. Possibly one of the best we had during our time in Italy.
The grounds are beautifully kept, with a peaceful and romantic atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Every detail was so well thought out — it’s clear the team really cares about the guest experience.
All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stop with incredible views and great food.

Our stay here was wonderful. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The accomodation was a great size and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the view was spectacular. We got an appartment with a little terrace with a sea view - that was just amazing ! Everything else was great too: the appartment is big, the bed comfortable, there is a kitchen, spacious bathroom. The location is great: u r close by the main part of the town where you have 2 coffee bars. If I am around I will without any doubt book there again
