The staff at reception was responsive and changed our room promptly after we reported problems. The second room was cleaner than the first and was equipped for guests with disabilities, which could be a plus for some travelers.

The lift 😉 after lugging my suitcase up and down stairs for 5 weeks in air bnb's i appreciated the lift. The staff were excellent!! Absolutely lovely staff were so helpful and all spoke excellent English. Very professional and the hotel was just what I needed for my last few days in Italy. Easy walk to Vatican City and to major sites in Rome. I love that I could open the window in my room as well. I can't say enough about the staff. All lovely people 🥰

Booked a single room which ended up being a double bed which was a nice bonus. Breakfast included was decent.

Great location 5 mins away from the metro which took us directly to the centre in about 20 mins. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly.
