I had nice views of the mountains, a small piazza, and part of the church. Great location and excellent breakfast with so many choices. The staff were friendly and I appreciated the luggage storage that I used both before check-in and after check-out. Also easy few minutes walk from the bus stop.
The hotel is centrally located on the lakeside promenade and has a splendid view of the magnificent surrounding alpine and lake scenery.

- breakfast was consistently good and fresh;
- the whole atmosphere/ vibe of the hotel and the neighboring area was lovely and inviting;
- the view from our room was exceptional and so beautiful;
- bathroom was nice, water was hot immediately and with good pressure;
- location is perfect - there's a lot of lively restaurants and shops and ice cream shops around the hotel but it has good quiet vibe (good soundproofing);
- parking option is safe (underground with own car box);
- we would visit again with no hesitation.

The location was perfect, beautiful town with many things to do, the staff was very welcoming and welcoming, especially Daniela and Sernea ,they helped to prepare bouquet and greeting cards for my wife birthday and over all we had great experience
