Giovanni was an excellent host and we will definitely be back whenever we visit Etna again. The B&B is very well equipped and situated just 30 minutes away from Etna making it the perfect location if you would like to center your holiday around ETNA/Catania/Taormina/Savoca etc. We were welcomed with our dogs with open arms and we couldn't be more grateful. The breakfast was also a highlight to our day. Overall a wonderful stay at Giovanni's who was always willing to help us and suggest places to go. Thank you

Cosy authentique place in the area Milo, which is the most popular for carricante grapes (two wine yards are near: I Vigneri and Barone di Villagrande). There are 3 rooms in B&B. Very hospitable hosts Enzo and Elizabetta. Breakfast is served in the common room. There is a parking provided by the hosts
Featuring a large garden with BBQ facilities, table tennis and volleyball court, B&B Villa Loriana is located in Milo, 1.2 mi from the edge of the Etna Regional Park.

The room was clean and comfortable and the outer room with the fireplace, couches and kitchen was very comfortable, a nice place to relax. Breakfast was good and freshly made - very nice. Parking was secure and the property was easy to find. A nice stop for a night.

My friend and I had to find a place near mount etna for our hike the next morning, which in that case the resort was absolutely fine for it. Honestly, if it was more than one night or we were a family I think I would be disappointed.

The welcoming was exceptional, the parking lot was amazing, and the staff was very nice.
Nice and helpful personel and a lovely dog Bianca.
Nice and helpful personel and a lovely dog Bianca. View on Etna and the sea is stunning. They have the best white wine we ever tasted made from their own grapes. Dinner and breakfast are good, also their red wine collection is great. Beds were bit hard and pool was chilly, that was the only 'downside'.
If you want to explore the Etna, ask Antonio about the tour from Francesco, worth every penny.

Great location for visiting Etna National Park.
Great location for visiting Etna National Park. Short distance from cablecar that takes you up the mountain; we recommend paying for the van ride to go up farther than the cablecar because that portion includes a guide who shows you interesting things about the volcano, including fumaroles and the Valle del Bove lava valley. (We found this activity to be very interesting and enjoyable, although expensive. Do Not Leave Any Valuables in your car in the cablecar parking lot.) The town is very small - one grocery store and only 1 restaurant, but it's a good one: The 4 Arches (Quattro Achi) - very popular, reservations recommended, but only open for dinner Monday to Friday, lunch and dinner Sat and Sunday. The climate is a lot cooler in Milo than on the coast -- a welcome change. The roads are usually narrow and at times extremely steep. Underfoot is all crunchy volcanic rock and ash. We went on a hike to find an ancient oak tree -- the Ilice di Carrinu.

A very nice village. A good simple hotel, good value for money. The owner is very nice. We had a problem because a glitch in the booking (due to the Booking site, not the owner) but we solved it nicely. And he gave us good information about the surrounding areas and some useful coupons that we used on local attractions.
The host Giovanni was very welcoming and provided us with a great room with a fantastic view. The room was very comfortable. Their wine is a must try. The breakfast was also very delicious.
