The location is nice if you have a car to hang around Arona. The breakfast was rich, was not a typical italian one. Friendly staff. Good parking place. Nice amenities.

Wow, what an incredible find! The hotel is essentially made up of 3 separate buildings. We had initially booked to stay in the Castle itself and had it been just the two of us, it would have been an amazing room to stay in but the sofa bed was located in a mezzanine floor and was a little unsuitable for our two young boys however the staff were amazing and offered us a different suite in the main hotel which was equally as impressive but this time all on one level and with a huge bath. Breakfast is incredible, pretty much everything you could hope for and more. They also have an amazing wine selection. Communication was great, they reached out to us as soon as we made the booking to confirm a few details and even gave us a great recommendation for somewhere to eat locally. We would have tried their restaurant but the timings didn’t quite work for our young ones. In the end we enjoyed it that much, we actually went back the following even to try some more of their dishes. My wife also pointed out how spotlessly clean the rooms were. Something we also seem to pick up on in other hotels. This place, as you might expect was immaculate. All in all, we were very pleased with our selection. It was worth every penny and definitely plan on returning.

Nice big room. Friendly staff and despite location very quite. Breakfast is ok, maybe the best cappuccino in a while, done by a male waiter Sunday morning. Compliments!
