I stayed at this property in October and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had an incredible view. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the nearby attractions. The best part was the terrace where we spent most of our time, enjoying the amazing view and the fresh air. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious stay for a large group. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Genuinely incredible. The owner is the most helpful and genuine person ever, and walking in to the accomodation is so refreshing. It looks exactly like the pictures, and has a all utensils and equipment in the kitchen, a very clean bathroom and a great bedroom. The location is SUPERB too! It felt really authentic, and it wasn’t hard to get to places like Menaggio, Varenna and Bellagio from where it is in Ossucio. If your going to stay anyway to see Lake Como, stay here, and also go to a village called “Nesso”.

The host was lovely and the property had a great view! Luckily we had a car as it’s not convenient to walk to the centre… the ‘pillow’ in the room was wafer thin, the hair dryer barely worked, the ‘breakfast included’ was a 5 Eur voucher from the bakery 5mins away (juice alone at 3eur is barely, in our opinion, the definition of breakfast included) and worst of all, it was raining during our stay and the room was absolutely floooooded with water!

Location is everything - right next to the ferry port for Bellagio and venazza . Bus stop outside . Andrea - very professional and fun host with ties to UK . Good breakfast and parking . Great Pizzeria up the hill .

It was a short walk from the train station and very easy to find. The staff on reception were lovely and gave us great advice on places to visit. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of toiletries provided. The hotel was quiet at night which was good.
