We liked the garden, the sauna, the comfy beds, the buffet breakfast.
And Samanta, at the reception, who was pleasant and tried to help.

The family is focused on all the details that separate good from great!!
Loved the fires that were set for us to enjoy with our friends each night after dinner.

Weather wasn't so good and we stay inside most of the time. Apartment was really enjoyable, super clean and with own spirit. We used Ostuni also as a an overnight stay visiting other sightseeing spots in vicinity during the day .
May be a little bit difficult to find parking spot but easy to find a supermarket to buy a breakfast or products to cook at home for a dinner.
People a very friendly and even some no speaking English, will not refuse the communication trying to explain you asked.

If you’re a POC people star and make you feel uncomfortable.
If you’re a POC people star and make you feel uncomfortable. Was stopped by the police because I walked past where they were doing an operation outside a property when I was just exploring the cute streets then asked for my passport which as a British person you don’t usually carry because it could get lost, very racist I would say unfortunately

Ostuni itself has a fairly small old town but disappointing . It does have a lot of cafes and restaurants . However it is a good base with a car . We visited the very interesting Alberobello and there are one or two beach resorts . Although two hours away Matera is certainly worth a visit although busier since James Bond was filmed there !

Ostuni is an ideal location for visiting the many delightful and historic towns in central Puglia. Lots of bars and restaurants to suit all pockets. We visited in September which was probably a good time; not the peak of the holiday season but very pleasant weather.

Excellent Villa with all facilities.
Excellent Villa with all facilities. Extremely quiet and effective air conditioning. First class swimming pool, especially for cooling down. Very friendly owner who even cooked a couple of dishes of his own vegetables for us. The only improvement would be better Wi-Fi and perhaps a kettle for making tea. The directions to the Villa could also be improved.

Ostuni is a beautiful city, smaller than I anticipated.
Ostuni is a beautiful city, smaller than I anticipated. We took a tuk tuk to the top of the city because it was a hot day and we had our children with us (5 and 8). Whilst pricey, it was informative and started the day's exploring well (if we'd walked to the top, I think our two would have struggled in the heat). At the top is where you find the key sights, including the famous door! We let the children choose which alleys to walk down so it felt like an adventure!

Great location at the central square of Ostuni. The property was kept incredibly clean and had everything you need for a short or long stay. We slept here for 3 nights and it was the perfect central hub for everything. A lot of care an attention to guests from the host with everything well thought out. We loved opening up the balcony doors to the central square and enjoying a glass of wine before heading out. This was a stop on our tour of Italy, and I have to say one of the most charming.Incredible value for money I would love to come back.
I stayed solo for 6 nights while on a tour of Puglia each day to a few new towns. Ostuni is an excellent base point. This is a lovely one bedroom apartment in a great location, just 2 minutes walk from city centre. The apartment has everything, absolutely everything you need and was impeccably clean and decorated nicely. Initial remote access was easy via chat with owner. The hot tub is amazing, although I didn't have time to use it. Thank you!
Casa Filomena was a home from home in sunny Ostuni. Parking was simple (and free) using Antonio helpful instructions. He was a most attentive host, providing plenty of chilled water and complimentary Puglian wine and snacks to make our short stay comfortable. The beautiful terrace was a major draw and was used both evening and morning. A short walk away from the old town but very quiet residential area.
The entire experience, from the welcome to to checkout was so lovely. The exquisite design and architectural features of the hotel made it so I interesting. The breakfast was the best we have had in Italy and the staff were so accommodating. Loved every minute.
Managing agent (wonderful Italy) pre-check in provided lots of information on Ostuni etc. Nice location in old town with lovely terraces to enjoy the sun with table and chairs.
