The breakfast was very nice, except that scrambled eggs were cold. The restaurant was excellent. What we paid in the off-season was a real bargain.

The hotel is beautiful and located by the beach. We were booked for two nights and both nights the racket from private parties was unbearable. We had to change rooms to try and avoid the noise of loud music . The hotel admitted that it was a bad choice but the damage was done. If you intend to book there check that a party isn’t scheduled for your stay. A compensation was given but we left tired for our next day drive.

The Greek temples are great. Another visitor told us about an app that describes many parts of the archaeological site. The museum across the street is worth visiting, too. We used our CampaniArteCard for tickets, which were issued at the museum for both the museum and the archeological park. There are many restaurants near the archaeology site. Many were open during a festival when we arrived. Only a couple were open on Monday, March 31. The archaeology area is about 1.5 km from residential areas that have groceries.

The archaeological site is very impressive and well worth visiting. The beach area is OK if you like sand, but quite dull. It is not too commercialised. The area inland (particularly the Cilento National Park) is beautiful and well worth a visit. Wish we had had more time to explore.

The park where the Greek ruins are situated is quite isolated, so if you are coming by public transport give yourself plenty of time to get there before dark. There is nothing much around there at night.

Paestum has an AMAZING set of well-preserved ruins, considering they were build some 2,500 years ago! We spent about 3-4 hours there (a little over an hour in the museum, and then a few more hours walking through the ruins. They were amazing to behold. The app downloaded from the museum website (Parco Archeologico di Paestum) was very helpful to learn about the ruins as we walked through them. The kids got rather tired though, so it was good to have a gelato break after leaving the ruins at the nearby cafe.

Some of the finest Greek temples in the world...in Southern Italy! Not to be missed. After time in Venice, we took the train to Bari, rented a card and (in turn) visited one day/night in: Alberobello, Matera, and Paestum. What a wonder trip. It was off-season, which just meant there were no crowds. We had a wonderful time! After Paestum we continued to the Amalfi coast, Pompeii and then to Rome.

A hidden gem for those seeking comfort and an unbeatable location in Paestum. Just in front of the archaeological park, it offers the perfect base to explore the magnificent temples. The rooms are stylish, modern, and provide breathtaking views. The staff is welcoming and always eager to ensure a flawless stay. Without a doubt, this is an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy history and luxury in a stunning setting.
An unpretentious hotel on the seafront, with it's own private beach area and a rather good restaurant. Warm welcome. Motorbike parking in their secured parking area. Walking distance from Paestum which was the objective of our visit (and is well worthwhile). A lovely dinner.
The swimming pool near the dependence area is great. Also the night entertainment for the kids was really nice and the staff was giving 100% for entertaining the kids. The hotel has everything that you need for resting.
Everything, absolutely stunning! The best combo between comfort, relaxing and five-star luxury room!
