Roads around Penne can be hilly, having a car can be useful.
Roads around Penne can be hilly, having a car can be useful. I had friends staying in the town so that was helpful. If you are young and energetic you can see more of the town in less time than I did. Panoramic views are beautiful; regret I cannot remember names of restaurants, I have been to some outside the town too. One can take bus to Pescara beautiful beaches with all facilities and several restaurants. Penne is a really cute bustling town with many interesting...
Penne is a really cute bustling town with many interesting areas to walk and explore the historic town, shops and parks. The town is progressive with QR codes for many of the historic sites. The winding ride up to Penne can be fun for the driver but not so much for passengers. It appears to be a hub for the region and can feel a little too busy at times with cars along the main highway dividing the historic town from the rest of the town. The added value of this residence is that you have access to kitchen facilities 24/7, which is undoubtedly an added value.
