The property was beautiful! Open spaces and Giuseppe was very attentive to all of our needs. We were late getting in and he met us and explained everything going forward. The kitchen in our apartment was very nice & clean. The breakfast was such an added plus and all the delicious things to choice from. The eggs and bacon and fresh bread were so good. We looked forward to it every morning.
We highly recommend this lovely property and Mocaina is charming and we met the nicest locals who were helpful when we needed to wash our clothes at the local laundry. Giuseppe suggested Spello and Montone for a day trip and it was everything he said and more, and the city of Gubbio was fantastic. Thank you Giuseppe for everything!

Wonderful stay! The best on my Camino di Assisi! Marcello, the host, picked me up from Pietralunga and the next morning he dropped me at the right point to continue my way. Great people, very friendly, they speak English well and take good care of pilgrims. They're very human and helpful in every way. I was given excellent breakfast! The room was really nice and big with an amazing view on the hills. I hope to come back to this place :)
This is a great stay not too far from the centre of Pietralunga (probably easier if you have a car). That said, the host and his wife were amazingly helpful, offering me lifts to the centre of the village and back for eating, the pharmacy and public transport connections. The room was clean, a good size and ideal for what I needed; the swimming pool was welcome too.
A great new place in Pietralunga. Was the first guest and was a joy to stay. Traditional Italian combined with modern interior. Very spacious, well finished and located at a great spot in the little town. The room is ideal for couples or singles doing the pilgrimage from la Verna to Assisi.
Location in the very center of Pietralunga. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom with hot tub was something extraordinary! The restaurant is a must! Fine dinning, great wines, nice staff.
Wonderfully restored hotel furnished with many interesting antique pieces. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom with shower, very friendly owner.
