They can prepare you an excellent tasting dinner of local dishes (good wine) and bake a variety of sweet cakes for breakfast. You feel very comfortable here and the village environment gives you a very relaxing impression. You can visit the surrounding historic smaller towns or drive to Ancona. It is perfectly located very near many markets, shops, and restaurants, and there are enjoyable walks to be had in every direction ! Its an easy 10 minute walk to the bus stop, with numerous buses through the day to either Ancona, or our favorite, Porto Recanati. We would happily revisit without hesitation. The nearest beaches (Porto Recanati, Sirolo, Numana) are within a 15-20 minute drive. Portonovo is 30 minutes away.
