Hosts extremely friendly and helpful - the lady of the house drove me twice into Ripatransone and arranged to have me collected later to come back after she realised I didn't have a car. She also asked me what I wanted for breakfast and ensured there was some cold meat and cheese (I had grown tired of sweet breakfasts after three weeks in Italy!). Room was sizable and a comfortable place to sleep. Bus stop for buses back to Grottammare is nearby.

The place exceeds expectations. The hosts are super warm and friendly! The facilities are very nice. The room itself (where we stayed) is comfortable with a balcony, with beautiful views. There is a kitchen, an outside dining area, and quite a big pool. The place is on a hill in the countryside, so you can enjoy views in tranquility. In the premises, you could stroll on their farmland (olive trees, garden, animals), so the place itself is very big. Short (10-15 minutes) drive to San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare with beaches, restaurants and shops. I mean it is one of the best places :) You cannot go wrong with booking there.
