Window shutters were electric and fully working. Windows open.Small TV the size of a monitor.Shower needs a bit of refurbishment,shower head needs changing. Hot water,heating working.overall was OK.

We liked the location which is not far from Sirmione (Garda lake) and Verona and very close to the Verona airport . Very peaceful, quiet and pastoral among vinyard and green grass. The hospitality was extremely nice, breakfast tasty and the variety of food very big. toom and bathroom .

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Many thanks to Elizabeth for all her help, for the warm, friendly welcome. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the center of Verona. It is also possible to go directly to Verona by bus from the nearby bus stop. It is located in the wine region, very calm, peaceful, pleasant. The wine gardens are walkable from the hotel. (It is recommended) The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortably designed with modern Italian design. Different homemade sweets for breakfast as well as juices and jams were delicious and good.

Breakfast was outstanding, room and bathroom super clean, staff at breakfast, dinner (in the bistro) and at the reception all super friendly and helpful. Castrum is also in a lovely location with great views and lots of sunshine.

Amazing experience: very comfortable hotel among wine yards. Helpful hosts. It’s brilliant idea with wine, tea and water - you can take any time you want all necessary on the shared big cosy kitchen. We offered tasting menu with 5 wines - our strong recommendation, it was like an art and fantastic delicious.

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Dolomites and it was one of the best decisions we made! To take a break from the road, to drink some delicious wine. And our reality exceeded our expectations! The apartment was so cosy and the owner, Rafaella, was really cool and friendly. There was a great atmosphere, a terrace where you could sit in the evening, and the breakfasts were fantastic. The room was nice and cosy, the bed was really comfortable, and we slept so well. We had a great time in Boccadibacco. The landlady served us with excellence and went an extra mile to offer use the best service, literally. From the amazing breakfast made by her own chef son to asking us if we needed anything from the supermarket. Also, she gave us rides and did not charge for them. If you want a real human, the best kind of human to be your host, this is the place.
