A well equipped self catering apartment in the centre of this pretty little town.
Despite being in the old town this apartment was very peaceful and quiet.
All facilities worked well and this was an ideal stop for us to do our laundry and explore the local area.
Parking was possible very close but I preferred to park in an easier spot a short walk away to avoid the narrow one way system. Despite the town being a bustling place, parking was never an issue.

Our stay at Casadada in Santo Stefano di Camastra was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. Known for its ceramics, the town itself is charming, and staying at Casadada added to the authentic experience.
The property was outstanding—rooms were fresh, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. Communication with the owner was seamless; he provided us with detailed instructions on how to access the apartment, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free.
The owner's hospitality extended beyond the accommodation. He recommended a restaurant run by his brother, which turned out to be the best dining experience we had in Sicily. The food was incredible, and the service was top-notch.
Staying in this picturesque town made us feel like locals. We highly recommend Casadada for anyone visiting Santo Stefano di Camastra. It was truly the best lodging experience we had on the island, and we would love to return.

No taxi available from the train, so arrange a pickup from your lodging if possible. Beautiful art tile everywhere in town. On the home on the business in stair steps everywhere. Ceramics everywhere, color and beauty. Steep area surrounding a flat central town. Large scale land at right nearby, tunnels and bridges and all overlooking a beautiful sea.

Loved all the ceramics everywhere: tiled walls, tiles in the streets, and artistically painted ceramics all over on display. The walk overlook with the fountain was an incredible place for sunset views over the ocean and hills. A charming little town indeed.

What wonderful people!
A charming town based on the art of ceramics. Old school hospitality. Close to attractions, but without the tourist crowds.
The sea, the mountains, the food, the art!
A dreamy place.

Very nice small town known for its ceramics. Clean, well organised with enough good restaurant and bars. Easy to walk around. Beautiful sea view to Eaolian islands from Belvedere. Small Museum of ceramics is also worth visiting.

Perfect place if you like a smaller and less expensive venue to CEFALU. Also good for ceramic enthusiasts and local culture. We went to beach at Tusa Lungomare est (10 min drive) since local beach road was closed and it was not very pretty there. You can pay for beach chair and umbrella rental for half day (15-20 EU)

Town itself very interesting but not really worth staying there for long
Very many pottery shops but all with similar products
Probably best 'passing through ' the town with just a visit of a few hours rather then staying overnight

It seemed that we were the only guests at this day. The owner was very nice and the check in was quick and easy. The room on the 4th floor was nice and clean and had a very nice view. In the morning we were surprised that no one else was in the breakfast room but there was one table prepared for us with the main breakfast ingridients. And the cappuccino was delivious. The village next to the Hotel is very nice with a lot of ceramic artists.
A good alternative if you want to visit the city of Cefalù. The train station is just 10 min walk and Cefalù is 30 min by train. Breakfast starts at 4:30 and it's in nearby cafe owned by hotel owners. The town itself looks good as well, many nice bars with good prices. If you stay in this town don't miss "Palmen Promenade", it's a good place to have a drink and watch the sunset.
It’s located in a little street in the centre of the historic and particular town of Santo Stefano di Camastra. It was the prefect size for two people for a couple of days. The host was incredibly hospitable and kind, she offered to help us beyond what was expected, for example, she picked us up and dropped us off from the station and was always quickly available by phone.
Beautiful apartment in the heart of Santo Stefano di Camastra with easy access to the city centre. Easy parking next to the entry to the accommodation, heart warming welcome from the host and nicely furnished and equipped room.
