Sarnano is wonderful town full of historic buildings and shops and restaurants. The square is fantastic it has loads of seats to watch the world go ! On a Thursday the town is taken over by a market which sells anything you could possibly want from clothes to fresh fruit and veg and hot food trucks as well. If you've never been you are missing a treat !!

We were based right in the Piazza in the centre of town and the place is stunning. Everything you could want is right there bars restaurants and shops. There's a bank , Post Office , Pharmacy and so much more. Loads to do there I wish we had longer to look around tbh. It has 5 waterfalls very close by National parks and Mountains surrounding you. If you are in the area you should come and visit Sarnano.

Having visited Sarnano many times there was nothing new for us. It is a charming medieval town in a stunning location. There is a handful of decent reasonably priced restaurants. In 15/20 mins you can be at the top of the mountain (by car) and at a lakeside hamlet.
Thursday is market day. Free parking in many areas of the town.

The well equipped apartment was extremely comfortable and included a well equipped kitchen, even a washing machine. We enjoyed the heater and there is an aircon as well. A great bonus was the cable tv as we had not seen any Aussie news for 6 weeks. The location is about a 10 min walk from the historic centre of Sarnano. Last but not least, we were met by the very nice, efficient young son of the owner who went out of his way to make us welcome. Would have loved to stay longer, highly recommended.
Very kind, friendly and helpful host. Generally peaceful location with good communications to mountains, walks, shops and sights we wanted to see. Sarnano is a charming, historic town only minutes away. Also many other pretty hill topp villages nearby
A lovely warm apartment, beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen, right in the heart of Sarnano, but quiet nevertheless. The host was very helpful and Sarnano is the perfect base from which to explore the Sibillini Mountains.
Pleasant, typically Italian hotel. Breakfast served in the cafe part of the hotel and there is also a separate restaurant available some evenings serving good value food. Comfortable, good sized room.
