It is 5 min walk from centre and 25min from train station- excellent value for money- rented a bicycle for a night and they have separate locked room in garage area for bicycles. Breakfast exceptional too - Only minus - it was very windy on first night and could almost feel the wind- though when i lowered the blind this was felt less

Very kind staff which is ready to assist you with everything-glasses, tea, kettle and corkscreew. High quality of matraces, however, for us a bit tough pillows. The environment was great Right up in the hillside. Very restful. Pool open in mid October was very good. We had a good but rather pricey meal in the restaurant. Breakfasts were very good.

We were only there one night but we loved it and would definitely return one day. David and Luciana were very hospitable and charming and our rooms were spacious and lovely. The restaurant and gardens were beautiful and the food was delicious.
