I have to highlight the exceptional service in the breakfast area, where the staff made us feel so well cared for, and they were eager to engage with our 3-year-old, which made us feel even more at home. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and memorable as possible. We booked the Presidential Suite, and it was perfect for our family. The room was not only spacious, but also elegantly furnished with a sense of grandeur that only added to the experience. The large windows offered a breathtaking view overlooking the city, which was especially lovely when the sun set and the lights of Rieti twinkled in the distance. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. For Christmas lunch, we had pre-booked, and I was particularly impressed by how well the staff catered to my dietary requirements as a Muslim. The five-course meal was absolutely delicious, prepared with great care and love. Each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with attention to quality ingredients.
