The hotel is at the end of some bad roads toward the sea just south of Sibari off the main highway between Reggio Calabria and Taranto. It is a nice hotel, quite uniquely constructed: rooms are situated on the hotel roof and radiate off separate halls. The owner/operator was a really nice man who was very hospitable and seemed genuinely caring. He recommended an excellent seafood restaurant my first night, Lido Aurora, where I had two meals, It was close and so good. The owner also got up really early on the morning of my leaving to make coffee for me and offer me breakfast and that was so beyond the call and so appreciated. The room, though small, was immaculate and maid-service occurred every day. If you're going to the area of Sibari, this hotel is an excellent option especially for couples.
