For us the location was perfect, we have two small dogs so it was nice to be out of the city and there was plenty of space to walk them. The breakfast was very nice and the view from the restaurant is incredible.

We chose this randomly as it was near the Niki Saint Phalle Tarot Garden and also the airport in Rome. Turned out to be a super nice spot. The restaurant in the little town, Ristorante Orsola, was one of the best places we ate in the 4 weeks we travelled around Italy. The house is super clean, you can park outside, the owner was super easy to communicate with and get keys etc. All in a really good stop off.

**Positive:** - Beautiful sea view. - Large parking area available. **Negative:** The hotel is in very poor condition. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, with many issues: - **Bathroom problems:** Cracked toilet seat, partial flushing function, mold on walls. - **Furniture & equipment:** Old and worn-out tiles and furnishings, peeling paint, paint stains on furniture. - **Balcony & terrace:** Balcony door doesn’t close properly, terrace is neglected. - **Cleanliness:** Questionable hygiene standards. - **Appliances:** - The refrigerator is in terrible condition. - The air conditioning does not work. - The outdoor AC unit shows signs of corrosion. **Overall:** The place requires urgent renovation and better maintenance. Not recommended in its current state.
