A four-star establishment without a kettle! Don't have a tissue! The Dark Room was the most peculiar thing I had ever encountered in my life. The parking lot was terrible, even though I paid a price for it! They refused to let me load or unload my bags from my car at the front entrance  After a 24-hour flight since I was so exhausted. They made me drive to the back of the hotel on gravel to unload, even though it was fine to drive to the front door. I also had to lug my bulky bags up more than twenty stairs.no help! However, I pleaded with them, explaining that I am 60 years old and experiencing back discomfort, and my wife recently had a neck fusion. It was a rather awful experience!
