IT IS SO CLEAN!!! The actual owner sits in the counter and waits for your arrival. Such a nice gentlemen and well run family business. What surprised me was that little classic music playing in the hallway, so peaceful and relaxes you after a full day of driving on narrow roads. The bathroom is so clean and tidy, it's spotless! Everyone worries about the ramp going up to the hotel, seriously, it is not that hard, just drive slow.

I just stay for 2 nights; I don't use extra service. Bed or futon is clean. The weather was very cold but inside is warm. There is ONSEN pool at 1st floor, it was very nice. 2nd floor there is microwave, coin washing machines for longer stay.
