Great room, wonderful staff, and it has quite the view. It's close to the station, but is also in walking distance to places like Minato Mirai and Chinatown as well. I'd happily come back for another stay here.

This hotel exceeded my expectation. The bed was great and the best during my 11 day-stay in Japan. Although the price was not as high as that of the best hotels, the quality of the room, amenity, and service were almost comparable to those of the best hotels. I will use this hotel whenever I stay in shin-Yokohama!
