Stylish and functional design. Very beautiful. My room was large and overlooked the ski slopes. The onsen was very nice after a day’s skiing. There were many restaurants. It’s a ski in ski out hotel, very convenient.

Wonderful staff who helped us with booking our ski rentals and ferried us to and fro ski resorts. It's almost like our personal transport since it's low season I guess. Everyone was friendly and respectful. We had some hiccups with ski lesson booking which would have ruined our entire holiday if not for the helpful front desk staff. We managed to rebook and do another activity. Even on the day we checked out they arranged shuttle to ski resort and helped with ski return and luggages. The apartment was warm and stocked well. We had our lunches at the hotel cafe and plenty of choices for dinner in 5 mins walk.
