It was comfy, clean, newly built. We had a really nice chat with the staff in the morning. The kitchen had everything we need to make dinner and warm up.

Inconvenient location. Shuttle schedule not very flexible and not very accommodating had a group of twelve would not even send the shuttle to pick us up at the station that was down the hill from the property. No English speaking front desk!! The first person I spoke to on the phone trying to get picked up, no English, personality of a “Toad” & no Japanese hospitality very disappointing.
