Our room had a great view and was so spacious, it felt truly like being in a 5 star hotel experience. The staff at the front desk were able to hold our luggage as we arrived early and we then went to the beach and lunch. The closest restaurant other than the food the hotel provides is about a 15 minute walk. The hotel food and drink was great, just a bit expensive. In general, especially if you're driving through Japan, this is an incredible place to stay. The hot tub and giant walk in showers in the room were also incredible.

The house is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The bath toy in the bathtub made my son really loved this place. Near fish market, near supermarket (driving distance) and near Aqua World Ibaraki Oarai Aquarium.

Wonderful and kind staff. Very comfortable facilities and peaceful environment. Breakfast was extremely tasty and onsen was a great addition to night relaxation.

The hotel staff is very nice, when I arrived the hotel in first day, it was heavy rain outside, and the staff borrowed an umbrella to me, let my heart feel warm , also they help me to call the restaurant for dinner reservations. So I would recommend this hotel to others visit Katsuta!
