The staff were very nice and service oriented. The location was very good, 10 mins drive from Magome. The Onsen was good.
But the rooms and facilities were old, the mattress was soft and lob sided, the curtains dusty and overall we didn't get a good night sleep there.

The staff were very responsive and friendly! The location was excellent being located right next to the train station. There were excellent amenities with a full kitchen. The entire place was very well decorated and very homely. I would recommend it to anyone travelling around Nagiso!
