Very nice hotel on a cliff with Lake Toya view on one side, and Mt Yotei on the other side. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I loved the bright green color of the room, and the retro bathroom.

We had such a great experience staying at the resort. The resort itself is located not so far from Lake Toya area which we can reach by car.
Lake Hill Farm is just steps away and we can enjoy playing snow nearby the resort.
The only one thing we need is that we have to lift our huge suitcases up to the staircase because there is no elevator to go to the second floor.
However, we would love to return to stay here if we have chance to.

The outdoor hot spring was very impressive with a large Mt. and lake view. 🌊🏔️ Breakfast was delicious, also had variety of options.

Stunning view from the room. Good location. Hotel and guest rooms are dated. Both breakfast and dinner need to improve the quality. It’s more like Chinese than Japanese food.

is a great hotel with beautiful hot springs and a great location close to tourist attractions. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is a bus to Sapporo opposite the hotel.
The room is very clean and comfortable but furniture a bit old

Buffet breakfast is good , but the dinner is not suitable for our taste. We were very disappointed. There should be a menu for us to choose.
