Great location and price. Clean, comfortable, beds ok and choice of pillows. Right next to subway which has Unimall close by for eating.
Room was small but ok for two nights and there was room to put suitcases on the floor and open.
It was the only hotel we stayed at that had shower caps available (at the end of the trip 🤣).
The staff were great. I booked two nights in separate bookings and they made sure we kept the same room.
There is a spa (Onsen) in the hotel which we didn’t get chance to try.

The amenities are great and the decor is nice but needs to be cleaned better for dust. Certain areas were clearly not cleaned like next to fridge and next to windows where there was soooo much dust accumulated
