Hotel was staff were courteous and hotel was clean and organized. Rooms were comfortable, not spacious but quite adequate. Bed was firm but quite comfortable and wifi was good. Appreciated the bottled water by the elevator.

Dinner and breakfast was awesome! And the private onsens are my favorite part.

Very quiet room. Very convenient location and access to shops restaurants and train station. Bathroom was small, room was small, but normal for Japanese standards. Staff was great
