AMAZING!!!! Loved every minute of our stay. Waking up and looking at hippos from our terrace was wonderful every morning. Staff can't do enough for you, special thanks to Jerimiah, our guide, for spotting and showing us so many animals. Food is outstanding. Absolutely amazing place, really hoping that we will be back. Thank you very much.

We stayed here overnight with an early start to the Mara Triangle. Lots of game on the way in. Highly recommend. Especially as it is so expensive now for Foreigners to enter and camp in the Mara.
Neptune Mara Rianta luxury Camp is situated in the north of the Masai Mara. This luxury-tented camp overlooks the Mara River and is surrounded by wildlife.

I can say that my expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met and most of them have been working from the time the Camp was established and I believe that says a lot about the workplace. The tents are amazing. They pay so much attention to detail. Got woken up with hot tea everyday for early safari drivers and meals were packed accordingly. There was extra attention to my meal preference although it is from a set menu. Lunches by the lake were special. The best of all were my game drives with the guide - Daniel. I got to see all the animals on the first day itself and it was surreal, he was patient and flexible.
Had a best massages at the spa. One of the afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool.
A huge shout out to Daniel, Robert, Elphas, Sharon and Rose(masseuse). It was truly a different world and the best kind! As a solo traveller, I felt so safe and well taken care of and this is one of the best stays I have every had. I travel quite and bit and felt the customer service here was outstanding.

- Location inside conservatory makes it easy to spot and get close to ALL the animals during game drives - Our driver Erick was the best!
- Incredibly friendly and accommodating team (Caleb, Erick, George, Rotiken!)
- Amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - this really adds to the experience
- Beautiful, luxurious and clean rooms (you can hear the animals at night)
- Incredible massages by Lenet!
- The activities offered (balloon ride, walking safari's, village visit)
Mara Explorer Tented camp is awesome. The food was epic, the game drives were excellent and our guide was superb. One issue though is when booking all Inclusive we assumed this was all we would need to pay as this stated game drives included but it doesn’t include park fees which are an additional 100 USD per person per day so we were stuck with an extra USD 600 which we had not budgeted for. Make sure you have the means to pay the park fees in addition to any other costs. This does make it much more expensive. A cheaper alternative is the Nairobi National Park.
