It was private and very well designed. The pool area was very tastefully done and was always immaculately clean. The breakfast and coffee was also excellent!

Located in Battambang, Au Cabaret Vert is an eco-friendly hotel which offers bungalows with private patio. It features a 55 m² pool with a completely natural filtering system and tropical gardens.

Very nice bungalows with a nice terrassa and many plants. The pool was excellent and the service very good, my wife was sick and everybody took care on her. The owner hepled us with medicine. The Wifi is also excellent and the food was tasty.

    Battambang is starting to see more travelers, so the place is gradually improving. Prices are similar to Siem Reap. In the city, it is worth visiting: Wat Kandal, Domrey Sor Pagoda. STATION cafe with a view of the river (the cafe is a short distance from the center) Crocodile farm = WOW. Battambang surroundings: The Killing cave, Banan temple.

    We had a great day doing an excursion to the Bamboo train and the bat cave and lots more. A long and great day with our Tuk Tuk driver/guide called Kim. Battambang has more to offer than expected.

    Excellent little town that a friend recommended to me.

    Excellent little town that a friend recommended to me. Not sure if there is enough sightseeing to justify a long stay there (or if you enjoy relaxing, then you can probably justify it easily with such affordable hotels), however I was lucky and got a guide who had rehearsed his lines well enough to be able to teach me a lot on my half-day tour, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Just wish I had had an extra day or two, which my schedule did not allow for.

    WAs in Battambang volunteering with VPI and KNGO Battambang building houses in Bospo Village. As it was dry season, town is dusty. Good services in town Recommend Khmer Delight Restaurant and The Pomme Bar for drinks. Lucky Laundry provides 24 hour service on No. 2 Street

    Bamboo Train (make sure you go to the original track and not the new one). Half day tour to see fruit bats, hanging bridge, rice fields. Eat bamboo rice and the local fruits. Visit the killing caves and temples and then back down the hill for dusk to watch the bats leave the caves. B set tour guide and Tuk Tuk driver - Fie! Oh and you must visit the circus!!

    Battambang is a smaller, quieter town compared to where we had been. It appears to be a fairly poor town and still coming to terms with rubbish management. We caught the boat from Battambang to Siem Reip which is thoroughly recommended if you’re able to do 7.5 hours on a very simple boat. The river villages are really interesting and the boat stops for some deliveries on the way

    Everything was amazing from the staff, to the decoration, the room and the environment. The hotel staff can arrange for you everything (circus, tuktuk, taxi). You also have one free way to the city center with tuktuk. They also take great care of you and help you if you need assistance to plan your day in battambang. The restaurant and breakfast are extremely good, specially the khmer food (try the nom ban chok). Probably the best hotel i ever visited.

    Fairly cheap but a bit outdated and fairly budget and reasonable value for money overall. Location was ok, comfortable enough room, had decent nights sleeps. Had a kettle but no mugs but they did give us something to use when asked. Staff English was ok and they were friendly on front desk. Mr Soon who is a tuk tuk driver based from the hotel did us a tour of Battambang and he was amazing, really recommend him.

    Beautiful little hotel in Battambang, all feels quite new and the pool is nice and luxurious. We tried a hostel but it was just too loud and had no regrets treating ourselves here (we're a couple). Good hotel food if you want, or a short walk from the river which has good street food cafes if you're feeling adventurous.
