As with the previous stay in November/December 2023, again a good stay in this hotel. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor (this time on the front side of the hotel). It was not the same room as the previous one (backside of the hotel) in last visit. The room was large, high walls+ceiling, nice hot tub, separated shower. The bed was comfortable and a large sized flat TV on the wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean.
Open from February 2016, Shilla Stay Guro is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Exit 6 of Guro Digital Complex Subway Station on Line 2.

Since day 1 the AC not working too hot inside the room and we been telling them then they move us another room and again still the sam. Then they told us to open windows and we did. And they again still the same. They move us different room and still the same so hot temperature 27 degrees inside the room and it’s hot we can’t sleep.
So I complain again still the same they said about the ducted something whatever and only one night become cold. We stayed for 6nights only 1 night is cold.
So bad. We can’t be bother complaining for the 4th time so. So far we didn’t enjoy the room. So hot
